Professional Experience
 As an investment banker, experienced in securities valuation, damage quantification, domestic and cross border merger and acquisition advisory and private placements of debt and equity. Testimony in landmark cases in Delaware Chancery Court and elsewhere.

Previously Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA program, at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Guest lecturer at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell Law School, Johnson School of Business at Cornell University,  the Alfred E. Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware,The Interdisciplinary Center in Israel and elsewhere.

ADR Experience
- Mediated many commercial cases, almost all of which settled. Chaired AAA arbitration panels. Currently mediator Supreme Court, New York County and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.  

Representative industries in which he has facilitated settlements are residential and commercial real estate, (New York City and Long Island), agricultural products, (imported ginger) and agricultural (biodiesel) fuels.
